She then obtained a Continuing Education Certificate in Public Relations and Communications from Ryerson University (graduated top of her class), and she is a Certified Coach Practitioner with the Canadian Coaching Federation. Eileen obtained her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology in May 2025 from Yorkville University, with Distinction.

Eileen was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario, to one immigrant parent and one parent who himself is a first-generation Canadian. Eileen is proud to be a first generation Canadian from her mother.

It was later in life when Eileen made the decision to return to school to become a psychotherapist. After many years of community-based work, and work as a medical advocate, Eileen realized there is a great need for support for the many diverse communities in Toronto, Vaughan, Greater Toronto area and throughout Ontario.

Eileen is also chronically ill, physically disabled due to disease, and she is immunocompromised. She has been diagnosed with multiple autoimmune illnesses. She understands, with 40 years of personal lived experience, what it means to be a vulnerable and marginalized person.

Even when one is blessed with good health, family, friends and a rewarding career, life can become stressful. Anxiety can feel overwhelming. It is not unusual for feelings of sadness, loneliness and helplessness to develop into low mood and depression. Feelings that developed from childhood traumas and experiences might still be carried with you today. Eileen provides support for all of those challenges and more, creating a non-judgmental environment for clients to safely share, and then, be seen, heard and truly understood.

Therapy with Eileen means you will have someone walking beside you, supporting you, as you develop a greater sense of self, learn valuable coping techniqes, and increase meaning and purpose for your life. With Eileen you will learn to incorporate new skills, or find new or increased comfort with existing resources, such as your faith, spirituality, the arts or other mindfulness tools. You will learn to access and draw strength from your inner resources, increasing your capability to handle all the twists and turns life offers.

Eileen believes it is a privilege to be a therapist, and she would be honoured to join you on your healing journey. She lives in Vaughan with her husband, Raphael, who is her best friend, true love and full-time caregiver.
